We provide a software-as-a-service platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

AI video generation and credits

Upload one photo for each dancer and obtain permission from both people to process their images. Use any custom background, reference and output only with the necessary rights. Do not create impersonation, deceptive endorsements, harassment or non-consensual intimate content.

A target 15-second, 720p HD landscape MP4 in 16:9 costs 1,000 credits. The current cost is shown before confirmation. Credits are reserved when a task is created. Confirmed provider failures restore credits automatically. Uncertain submissions are held for verification to avoid duplicate charges. A completed generation is not refunded merely because its appearance differs from your expectations.

Credit packs are one-time purchases: USD 9.90 for 1,000 credits, USD 29.90 for 4,000 or USD 69.90 for 8,000. They provide finite credits, not unlimited generation. Cash refunds follow applicable payment terms and statutory rights; a failed-task credit return is not a cash refund.

AI can alter identity, outfits, movement, camera work and audio. Exact likeness, choreography and the original soundtrack are not guaranteed. Generated content is not evidence that depicted events occurred. Neon AI Dance is an independent tool, not an official A2O LITE production or an endorsement by any artist or person shown in a reference.
